At IAMFUTBOL, every piece is created with intention and produced specifically for your order. Our products are made-to-order and released in limited drops, which means we operate differently from traditional retail.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order is placed.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing, fit preference, color expectations, buyer’s remorse, product selection errors, or change of mind.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the condition received for any claim to be reviewed.
SIZING
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or fit preference.
Please review the size guide carefully before purchasing. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend comparing the measurements to a similar item you already own.
COLORS & PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric type, and production method.
Minor color variations, print placement differences, and normal production tolerances are not considered defects.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit, when issued, will be provided in the form of a digital gift card or store credit code and can be used toward a future purchase on our store.
Store credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Store credit is issued only when approved by IAMFUTBOL after reviewing an eligible order issue.

SHIPPING ISSUES
Once an order has shipped, IAMFUTBOL is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible, but final delivery issues must be handled with the carrier.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
